Fees & Founding Rates
ProBX is currently offering founding participant rates while the platform is being developed. Fees may be waived, reduced, or deferred for early sellers, buyers, and participating advisors.

Sellers
Sellers may submit confidential business listings free for the first year. Future standard fees may apply on a monthly basis or as a fixed six-month listing fee.
Buyers
Buyers may create acquisition profiles free for the first year. Basic buyer profiles are intended to remain free. Verified buyer profiles may be offered for $99/year.
Direct Introduction Without Advisor
If a seller and buyer proceed directly without advisors, ProBX may charge a platform introduction fee. The founding direct introduction fee is $250. The future standard direct introduction fee may range from $1,000 to $5,000 depending on transaction size, subject to written agreement.
Advisors
Advisors who have completed the Business Brokerage Essentials course may participate in the ProBX Advisor Network free for two years, subject to approval and platform policies.
Advisors who have not completed BBE may apply for participation through a qualification assessment process. A $500 application fee applies. Payment of the application fee does not guarantee acceptance as a participating advisor.
Advisor Success Participation Fee
For advisor-assisted transactions, ProBX may receive an Advisor Success Participation Fee equal to 5% of the advisor's actual professional fee earned and received from a transaction introduced, matched, or facilitated through ProBX.
This fee is calculated on the advisor's actual fee received, not on the total sale price. The sale price is used only to verify the transaction value and closing.

All ProBX fees, advisor participation fees, qualification assessment fees, referral arrangements, professional undertakings, success participation fees, and platform introduction fees are subject to applicable law, licensing requirements, brokerage requirements, professional obligations, client authorization, disclosure requirements, and written agreement.
No fee, subscription, founding rate, or programme completion affects how ProBX compares or presents compatibility between buyers and businesses. If sponsored or paid placement is ever introduced, it will be labelled as such and kept separate from compatibility-based results.
Payment processing, invoicing, and automatic fee collection are not yet implemented. Fees shown are subject to change and will be confirmed in writing before any charges apply.
