Buyer and seller profiles can be edited directly while they are in draft. Open your dashboard and update any answer; readiness is recalculated from your saved answers.

A business record that has already been submitted for review is locked against owner edits. To correct information in a submitted record, submit a request from my requests identifying the record, the field, and the corrected value. Corrections are reviewed by a person and recorded.

Readiness scores and match indications are rules-based decision support. They are not professional advice and do not mean that a person, business, or transaction is qualified, suitable, approved, or likely to succeed.

If you believe a result is based on inaccurate information or is otherwise wrong, send a documented request to ProBX describing the result, why you believe it is wrong, and what you believe the correct input or outcome should be. The request will be reviewed by a person.

Requests for correction, reconsideration, and complaints are reviewed by the ProBX Founder and Constitutional Steward until responsibility is assigned through a written governance policy. Review outcomes are recorded.

ProBX will acknowledge a documented request and tell you what will happen next. Where a correction is accepted, it will be applied to your record and, where reasonably practicable, to any result that relied on it.

This page describes the current, pre-production correction and complaint route. The in-platform request form is available to signed-in participants; published response times will be introduced before public production use.
