How ProBX Works

ProBX is building a professional business exchange that combines readiness, confidential matching, professional advisors and transaction support. Each step below is labelled with its current status.

  1. 1

    Prepare

    Available now

Owners and buyers assess readiness before going to market: information gaps, documentation, timing and objectives.

Today: Seller and buyer readiness self-assessments are available to signed-in participants.

  2. 2

    Profile

    Available now

Structured, confidential seller and buyer profiles replace unstructured advertisements and cold enquiries.

Today: Profiles are saved privately and are visible only to their owner unless access is expressly authorized.

  3. 3

    Match

    Coming Soon

Rules-based comparison of business characteristics and acquisition criteria to identify potentially compatible parties.

Today: Under development. Only labelled demonstrations exist; no live matching is performed.

  4. 4

    Connect

    Coming Soon

Confidential introductions, NDA processes and progressive disclosure, with professional advisors involved where appropriate.

Today: Under development. The advisor network is accepting early-access expressions of interest.

  5. 5

    Transact

    Coming Soon

Support through due diligence, financing, negotiation and closing with qualified professionals.

Today: Under development. ProBX does not currently provide financing or transaction services.

ProBX does not guarantee a transaction. A match, when available, is not a recommendation. Participants must perform their own due diligence and obtain independent legal, accounting, tax and financial advice. Availability of professional services may depend on jurisdiction and licensing requirements.
