These draft terms govern use of the ProBX public preview. They will be replaced by reviewed terms before any controlled beta or public launch.

Public preview
ProBX is in public preview. Certain services and features are under development, are labelled "Early Access", "Coming Soon" or "Demonstration", and are not operational. Nothing on the site is an offer to provide a service that is so labelled.
Professional and transaction disclaimers
- ProBX does not guarantee that any business will be sold, that any acquisition will be completed, or that any transaction will occur.
- A match, readiness indication or introduction, when available, is decision support only. It is not a recommendation, endorsement, valuation or professional advice, and it does not mean that a person, business or transaction is qualified, suitable, approved or likely to succeed.
- Users must perform their own due diligence.
- Users should obtain independent legal, accounting, tax, financial and, where applicable, real estate advice before acting.
- Demonstration or sample content is fictional and is not an actual business opportunity, buyer or match unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Availability of professional services through the advisor network may depend on jurisdiction and licensing requirements. Advisors act under their own professional obligations; ProBX is not a law firm, accounting firm, brokerage, lender or registered dealer.
- ProBX does not currently offer, arrange or facilitate financing, investment or securities of any kind.
Accounts and conduct
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure. Participants agree to the applicable Seller, Buyer or Advisor Code of Conduct. ProBX may suspend access for misuse, misrepresentation or breach of confidentiality.
Confidentiality
Information disclosed to you through ProBX about another participant is confidential and may be used only for evaluating a potential transaction. Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy.
Corrections and complaints
Requests to correct information, reconsider a decision or raise a complaint may be made through the corrections process. Privacy matters only: privacy@hanada.ca. General enquiries: see the Contact page.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ProBX and Hanada Technologies Inc. are not liable for decisions made in reliance on information, readiness indications, matches or introductions provided through the platform. The reviewed terms will set out governing law, dispute resolution and any further limitations.
