Sell prepared, not surprised.

Most business sales wait until after an offer to uncover the problems. ProBX turns the process around: prepare the business first, organize the information, understand the risks, and go to market ready.

The goal is simple: fewer surprises, better-informed buyers, and a smoother path to closing.

Listing a business creates a private seller profile and readiness self-assessment for signed-in participants. Nothing is published or shared without your express authorization.

Seller Readiness

Available now

Start by finding out how ready you are. The Seller Readiness Assessment helps identify information gaps and areas that may need attention before you go to market.

Readiness reflects how complete your profile is against ProBX's preparation checklist. It is not a valuation, a financing decision, or a statement that you, a business, or a transaction is qualified, suitable, approved, or likely to succeed. You can change any answer at any time.

How is this calculated?

Each of the following checklist items contributes a fixed number of points when it is completed: reason or motivation for sale; transaction timeline; transition preference; seller-financing position; confidentiality preference; Seller Code of Conduct; business record; anonymized business profile; financial snapshot; private business identity. The calculation is a fixed rule set; no artificial intelligence is involved. Think this is wrong?

ProBX helps sellers prepare

  • assess readiness before going to market;
  • identify information gaps in financial, legal and operational records;
  • organize confidential business information in a structured, private profile;
  • understand valuation and transaction requirements with the help of professionals;
  • connect, as the platform develops, with prospective buyers and professional advisors.

Confidential matching and buyer introductions are under development. ProBX does not represent that it has buyers waiting for any particular business; prospective buyers will be connected through future matching functionality once it is operational.

Businesses Wanted

Review anonymized acquisition mandates to see whether your business may fit an active buyer requirement. Buyer identities and non-public details remain confidential.

Registered buyers

Once you have completed a business listing, your private dashboard shows how many registered buyers have stated each kind of criterion — industry, geography, financial capacity, operating experience, timing and acquisition objectives. Buyer identities are never shown, and nothing is shared with any buyer without your express authorization.

ProBX does not represent that buyers are waiting for any particular business, and stated criteria indicate interest only — not qualification, suitability, approval or likelihood of a completed transaction.
