Buyer Code of Conduct

The ProBX Code of Conduct sets out the confidentiality, accuracy, authorization, non-circumvention, professional conduct, and platform participation standards that apply to ProBX users. The full Code of Conduct will be published before live platform launch.

Buyers agreeing to this Code of Conduct confirm that they will respect confidentiality, will not misuse confidential information, and will not directly contact sellers, employees, landlords, customers, suppliers, or other related parties unless authorized through the ProBX process.
